We are a 6,000sq. ft full service health club with facilities that include a tanning booth, showers, plate load equipment, selectorized equipment, cardio equipement, DTV as wells as a children's room. Our services include personal training with International Sports Sciences Association certified trainers, individualized workout plans and referral rewards. We also sell a variety of supplements including muscle milk, energy enhancers, sports drinks along with the dietary supplement Solo Slim! Don't get stuck in a contract with other health clubs. Mon. - Thurs. 5:30am until 10:00pm

Friday 5:30am until 8:00pm

Saturday 10:00am until 4:00pm

Sunday 2:00pm until 5:00pm
